The year 2025 concluded with many efforts and innovations, marking positive results in training, scientific research, and international cooperation. Despite numerous challenges, the University's staff has demonstrated a spirit of unity, adaptability, and a thirst for creativity, contributing to the increasingly solid reputation and position of the University of Foreign Languages.

Entering 2026, a new year with many new opportunities and expectations, I believe that with a spirit of unity, cooperation, and responsibility, the faculty, staff, and employees will continue to lead the University to sustainable development, deep integration, and the creation of a humane and modern educational environment, a place where knowledge is nurtured and dreams are realized. The new spring brings with it faith and hope.
